Description: 
Paul designed and built this site on behalf of the North West Public Health Observatory
(all rights reserved by NWPH0 2010).
The site was designed using Photoshop CS4 and Illustrator CS4 and front-end was developed using XHTML, CSS and Jquery put together using Dreamweaver.
